Clients ranged from start-up and multibillion-dollar private companies to state governments and regulatory bodies, with highly complex regulatory, financial, and informational requirements and feature. Examples:
- $18M Energy & Utility Regulator (2016 to 2024): Developed, designed or led the builds of 30+ fully integrated enterprise applications and technical projects used by a states’s principal regulatory agency comprising 400+ employees and hundreds of thousands of end users.
IMS builds for billion-plus-dollar government divisions spanned oil and gas conservation, petroleum storage tank, judicial and legal services, transportation, and administrative services (finance).
- Public Service High-Speed Infrastructure (2014 to 2015): Analyzed and developed a new IMS enterprise application for a comprehensive digital communications entity of a state’s regent for higher education and research and education network.
IMS included financial, statutory, and reporting data, as well as portal to accommodate education, government, and other applications for discounted internet service.
- $1.2B State Teacher’s Retirement System (2014 to 2024): Developed, designed or led the builds of 6+ fully integrated enterprise applications for a state’s retirement system, used by thousands of active users (e.g., teachers, investors, government officials).
Deliverables included an External Portal, TRS Employer Portal, and TRS IMS (Internal IMS Application), the latter recognized by a third party consulting audit as “the best pension system in the country.”
- $100M State Supreme Court System (2014), (2016 to 2018): Consulted with Chief Justice, project managers, and developers on redesign of the web application and website for a state Supreme Court network. Helped develop a related enterprise application.
- $35M State Land Title Agency (2014 to 2024): Led development and developed 11 digital transformation projects and enterprise applicationsused by thousands of companies and individuals (e.g., oil and gas companies, land owners and renters, state government, law organizations).
